Judy Wizowaty Memorial Piano Fund

A group of friends have joined together to support all things piano at our summer festivals! The Piano Fund supports our concerts featuring solo piano and chamber piano, transportation of the beautiful Steinway concert grand, piano tuning, and more.

The supporters have dedicated the Piano Fund to the memory of Judy Wizowaty. Judy was an enthusiast of our piano programming and, frankly, of all aspects of the Lake Champlain Chamber Music Festival. Judy and her husband, Jerry, moved to Vermont in 2004, and she enjoyed her view of Lake Champlain every day. All her life, Judy loved good food, white wine, stimulating conversation with dear friends, and especially music. She played the piano until age 85, favoring Bach, Mozart, and Shostakovich. Judy passed away in September 2020.
