-
Are your concerts accessible and ADA compliant?
We believe classical music should be for everyone and pride ourselves on being a fully accessible and welcoming music festival. Ample handicap seating and parking are available at all venues.
We do ask that all hearing and other accessibility devices be fully charged prior to festival events so as not to produce any feedback noise that may disrupt other concertgoers.
If you have specific accessibility needs or requests, please feel free to reach out to us beforehand so we can accommodate you.
-
Can I take photos or videos during concerts?
Our concerts are professionally photographed and recorded.
Personal photographs and videos are prohibited during the performances. All recording devices, including phones, tablets, and cameras, should be put away and silenced.
-
How long are concerts?
Concerts generally last between 1.5 and 2 hours with a 15-minute intermission.
-
What if I arrive after the concert has started?
Latecomers will be seated during the first appropriate pause in the program, a the discretion of festival staff.
-
When do I applaud?
Many classical music concert-goers worry about when to applaud. The general rule is to applaud when the entire piece is over. A good rule of thumb is to wait until the performers stand and face the audience, signaling the end of a performance.
-
Can I bring my child?
Children are welcome, but please be mindful of their age and attention span so that they are not a distraction for other patrons - and bring them to our Family Concert on Saturday, August 23rd, at noon!
