MAINSTAGE CONCERT III: Little Symphonies

Loading Events

Upper row: David Shifrin, Ayano Kataoka, Soovin Kim. Lower row; Gloria Chien, Mischa Santora, Monica Ellis.

While small chamber music groups are often the ideal vehicle for composers to express their most intimate musical ideas, sometimes chamber ensembles behave more like a flexible version of a full symphony orchestra. The colorful orchestrations and brilliant solo parts of the works on this closing program of the festival will dazzle the senses.

Join us at 2:15pm for a pre-concert conversation with Resident Composer, David Serkin Ludwig and Soovin Kim.
