MAINSTAGE CONCERT II: The Soldier’s Tale

Loading Events

The brilliance of The Soldier’s Tale shows why Stravinsky is such a seminal figure in music composition. A ragtag band of instruments serves as the musical backdrop for the colorful folktale about a soldier, his fiddle, and the devil. The irrepressible artist and director, Doug Fitch, gives a virtuoso performance as the narrator and actor of all of the various characters of this theatrical work.

Join us at 6:45pm for a pre-concert conversation with Resident Composer, David Serkin Ludwig and Soovin Kim.
