Tickets for the Winter Encore Concerts on February 10 and 11 are on sale now through the FlynnTix Regional Box Office. Tickets for the Plattsburgh Concerts will also be on sale soon at the Angell Center at SUNY Plattsburgh and through the North Country Cultural Center for the Arts.
Winter Encore Artists Confirmed
Make sure to catch a Winter Encore Concert this February. Clarinetist Romie de Guise Langlois is back by popular demand. Joining Soovin and Romie will be the Old City String Quartet - a young quartet from Curtis who have been quick to make a name for themselves. Tickets will go on sale very soon.

As of today, August 26, we anticipate that all Festival activities WILL take place as planned. Any updates will be posted here and on our Facebook page.
If you are concerned about weather-related travel we invite you to use your Sunday concert tickets to attend any of our events on Saturday, including the Virtuoso Showcase at noon and our evening rehearsals of the Brahms Quintet, and Marc Neikrug's Green Torso. The rehearsals will run from 5:30 - 8:30 - immediately following Sounding Board.

Are you traveling to or from Elley-Long Music Center on Saturday, August 20? Be sure to double check your route: the national championships for USA Triathlon take place tomorrow in the Burlington area as well. Unless you plan to bike, hike, or swim to the masterclasses tomorrow we advise that you take a look at possible diversions and road closings here.
Young Writers Project
The Festival is once again partnering with the Young Writers Project. Writers will be in residence throughout the week, and will post blog comments, poems, thoughts and more online. Bach on Church Concerts
We have had several inquiries about the free Bach on Church concerts this summer. They will take place on Tuesday, August 23 and Thursday, August 25 at BCA Arts (formerly the Firehouse Gallery) on Church Street in downtown Burlington. Both concerts are at 12:15 pm. Tickets are first come first served, and space is limited. The performers are Elena Urioste on violin and Joshua Smith on flute. Thanks to BCA Arts for hosting.
